VDOHBoost ("we", "us") is an independent service operated by an individual. Contact us at legal@vdohboost.com. VDOHBoost is a free web tool at vdohboost.com, based in Thailand. By using the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use VDOHBoost. You must be at least 13 years old to use VDOHBoost.

1. What VDOHBoost does

You paste a link to a public Instagram, Facebook or TikTok video. VDOHBoost fetches the video so you can trim it, crop it (Original, 9:16, 1:1 or 16:9) and export it as an MP4 file of up to 720p. YouTube links are not supported and are rejected.

2. Your responsibility for content

Before you export, you must confirm: "I have permission to use this video and will respect the creator's rights." By ticking this box you promise that:

  • you own the video, or you have the creator's or rights holder's permission to download and use it, or your use is otherwise allowed by law;
  • you will respect the creator's rights and the terms of the platform the video came from;
  • you will not use VDOHBoost for anything unlawful, including copyright infringement, harassment, or sharing private or harmful content.

You are solely responsible for the links you submit and for how you use any exported file. VDOHBoost does not check whether you have permission.

3. Limits and fair use

The free service has limits, currently 8 clips per day and 40 per month per browser, counted with an anonymous session cookie, plus a higher limit per network based on a hashed IP address (currently 24 per day and 120 per month). A use counts when you fetch a clip (Get clip), not only when you export. See our Privacy Policy for details. We may change limits, block links, or restrict access to protect the service, for example against automated or abusive use. Do not try to get around limits, scrape the site, or interfere with how it works.

4. Temporary files

Clips and exported files are temporary. They are deleted automatically about 30–45 minutes after the job is created (a cleanup task runs every 15 minutes), or immediately if you delete the job or the job fails. Download your file as soon as it is ready. We do not offer storage or backups.

We respond to copyright complaints as described in our DMCA & Copyright Policy.

Repeat Infringer Policy. VDOHBoost has no user accounts. Where we receive verifiable evidence that a link, browser, device or network has been used repeatedly to infringe copyright, we may, at our discretion: remove or disable access to the reported content; refuse further requests for that content or source; and limit or suspend repeated use of the service by the browser, device or network involved, including temporarily. We act on evidence we can verify, and we try to avoid blocking users who have done nothing wrong (for example people sharing a network). Measures we may use include rate limiting, the anonymous session cookie (vb_cid) described in our Privacy Policy and temporary limits based on a hashed IP address.

6. Ads and third parties

VDOHBoost is free. We do not currently show ads. The site may contain links to third-party sites or offers (for example sponsors or affiliate links).

Affiliate and sponsor disclosure. Some links on VDOHBoost may be affiliate links or sponsored placements. If you click one and buy something or sign up, we may earn a commission or fee, at no extra cost to you. Sponsored content is labelled as such. This does not affect which tools or services we mention, and we only recommend things we believe are useful. Contact for sponsorships: partners@vdohboost.com. We are not responsible for third-party sites, products or services. Instagram, Facebook and TikTok are trademarks of their owners; VDOHBoost is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

7. No warranty

VDOHBoost is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise the service will always work, be error-free, or support every link or video. Platforms may change in ways that stop VDOHBoost from working.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, lost data, or any loss arising from your use of the service or of exported files. Because the service is free, our total liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms or change or stop the service at any time. The date above shows the latest version. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
